Form of the Birth certificate, type 1939-1940:

The one-sided form of green color on thin paper. The size of certificate is ≈ 20,8 cm X 23 cm with the watermark in the form of rhombic patterns. All inscriptions on the certificate form are made in Russian und Yakut languages. On the face side of the certificate contains information about child's name, birth date, parents' names, birthplace and a place of registration. In the bottom left corner are specified: National language, Goznak (State Insignia) and the year of issue.

The Kirghiz ASSR (Kirghiz Autonomous Socialist Soviet Republic) was an autonomous republic of the RSFSR (Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic ) between 1 February 1926 and 5 December 1936. On 5 December 1936, with the adoption of the 1936 Soviet Constitution, it became a separate constituent republic of the USSR as the Kirghiz Soviet Socialist Republic
