Form of the Marriage certificate 1941-1944, Zhytomyr city

The one-sided form on cardboard. The size of certificate is ≈ 15,5 cm x 23 cm, without watermarks. All inscriptions are made in Ukrainian language. The certificate contains information about newlyweds, including names before and after marriage, nationality, religion, the date of the marriage and the location of the marriage registration.
