The book of red color on cardboard. The size of book is ≈ 8 cm x 11 cm, without watermarks. On the front page is inscriptions Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) in Russian language. The book contains information about CPSU member's name, date of birth, date of the accession to CPSU, the Party organization which issued the book, payment of membership fees. All inscriptions are made in Russian and Latvian languages.
