Form of the Birth certificate, type 1946-1950:
In form of brown color book on cardboard. The size of certificate is ≈ 10 cm x 14,5 cm without watermarks. On the front page is the Coat of arms of the ESSR (Estonian Soviet Socialist Republic), all inscriptions are made in Russian and Estonian languages. The Birth certificate contains information about child's name, birth date and birthplace, parents' names, their nationalities and a place of birth registration. All inscriptions on the certificate form are made in Russian and Estonian languages. On the back side are specified: National language, Goznak (State Insignia) and the year of issue.
