Between 1946 and 1973 were issued Employment record books in dark-violet color. The size of document is ≈ 10.5 cm x 14.5 cm, without watermarks. On the front page is the Coat of arms of the USSR (The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics). All inscriptions on a cover and in the form of the book for RSFSR are made in one language: Russian, for the autonomous republics of RSFSR and for the federal republics of the USSR in two languages: Russian and national. The employment record book contains information about worker's name, date of birth, education, occupation. In the book is information about the nature of the performed work; about transfer to other full-time employment; about dismissal; about rewarding for progress in work.
