The Form of the Employment record book, type 1974-1991

All Employment record books between 1974 and 1991 were issued in a dark green cover. Since 1982, except dark green, were issued the light blue cardboard cover books. There were no difference between them. The size of document is ≈ 10.5 cm x 14.5 cm, with watermarks. On the front page is the Coat of arms of the USSR (The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics). All inscriptions on a cover are made in one language: Russian. In books for the autonomous republics of RSFSR and for the federal republics of the USSR all inscriptions are made in two languages: Russian and national. The employment record book contains information about worker's name, date of birth, education, occupation. In the book is information about the nature of the performed work; about transfer to other full-time employment; about dismissal; about rewarding for progress in work.
